stayAPT Suites Pensacola-UWF/Florida Hospital Area

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was also affordable and accommodating for our needs. The courtyard in the center was a nice addition.

Frühstück habe ich nie genutzt. Die Lage war sehr gut. In der Nähe des Campus und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Grösse des Apartment war sehr gut und das Bett war sehr bequem. In der Unterkunft selber war es angenehm und ich habe mich sicher gefühlt.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was dusty on the shelves and under the sink so could not utilize those spaces for our toiletries. Check in was smooth. The staff is not always at the front desk during the day so you need to call them if you need something. They leave at 8pm so if you need something before that you need to plan ahead. They delivered sheets without any blankets and one set did not have a mattress protector. Frustrating because by the time we came back to our room it was past 8pm. The stairs were Main complaint is that other guests were smoking on the third floor balcony that overlooks the middle of the hotel. It made the whole area smell like smoke. Also there were a lot of dogs that were sometimes noisy early in the morning or late at night. I suspect this is mostly due to the evacuation because of hurricane Milton. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would come back if we are in the area.

Very well located next to restaurants and supermarkets. Clean, quiet and cozy environment, with everything new. Kitchen equipped with everything we need to cook some meals. Comfortable beds and pillows. We were very happy to find this place the day before our arrival. We had another reservation at another hotel, but we chose this new one because we could cook and have more freedom with the family and it was the best choice. The closest beaches are 20/30 minutes away, but it would still be our choice again.

Very clean and plenty of space. Easy check in. Quiet great value.

Super clean property. I want to talk about the receptionist .. she was so professional and awesome .. unfortunately I did not get her name. She has an excellent customer service skills plus her beautiful smile that makes us feel so welcome. Me, my boys and my husband loved it so much and we will come back in couple months.

Place is a hidden gem. Hasn’t stayed in Pensacola since retiring from the Navy in 2016. Many of the area hotels are out of date. Previous built hotel providing a positive atmosphere. I had no ideal about stayAPT definitely will be staying again whenever I visit.

The room we had for family of 5 was nice everyone had room. Dishes in cab for use. A lot of parking all around the place. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Grocery store right next door and close to bypass for easy beach trips. Felt safe there nice clean area. Everything you need for short or long stay nice little workout room nice laundry room. The app was a lil buggy but it was handy. Over all the goods really out weight the bad.

I loved the layout and space. The beds were really comfortable.
